Since 2011, Highland Springs Ranch & Inn has operated a camp program for children that involved activities on the farm as well as a farm-to-table cooking class. After repeated requests, we are happy to announce that we will be hosting our first ever Farm Camp program for adults. The hands-on program will give participants an opportunity to experience different aspects of an organic farm, from caring for sheep and composting, making lip balms and even a shrub mixology workshop.

Grab an olive branch and head out to our sheep pen as we feed the herd and learn about organic practices in raising sheep. There will also be an activity on wool processing.
LIP BALM MAKING
Join us as we make lip balms using organic ingredients and also essential oil from our farm. You will learn about the beneficial properties of each ingredient used and will also be taking home a couple lip balms as well.

Our farmer will explain about the health benefits of microgreens and a simple way to grow them yourself.
DINNER IN THE
The kitchen staff of our on-site restaurant, The Grand Oak Farm to Table, will prepare a true farm to table meal using lamb and other ingredients from our farm.
