Learn about milk kefir and its remarkable health benefits. You will learn how to make milk kefir using kefir grains and how to take care of your grains. For those who are more adventurous, we will show how you can use leftover milk kefir to make kefir cheese.

FIRE CIDER WORKSHOP

$15 per person
Fire cider is a spicy vinegar that herbalists have used as a favorite wintertime remedy and to ward off illness for decades. Participants will make a pint size jar which will be good for use for up to a year if stored in the refrigerator. Class lasts between 30-45 minutes including time for questions and answers. Limited to 16 participants per class.
