FERMENTED VEGETABLES

Learn how simple it is to ferment your own vegetables at home. Sample different types of fermented foods and learn how to incorporate in your everyday cooking. Participants will take a small jar of fermented vegetables home.

 

LEARN HOW TO MAKE KIMCHI

Join us for a hands-on workshop on how to make your own kimchi and learn about the health benefits. Participants will also take a small jar with them home.

 

SOURDOUGH BREAD FOR KIDS

Children will learn about the health benefits of sourdough bread and the process of how it's made. They will also shape and bake their own bread. Children will take home their own baked bread, recipe and starter. Limited spots available, for children aged 5-12 years old. Please let us know if your child is allergic to dairy since butter is used in the recipe. Please pre-register by calling 951-845-1151.

DISTILLATION

 

TEA TREE ESSENTIAL OIL DISTILLATION

*Takes place at the Distillery by the Music Stage

Join us as one of our 123 Farmer's will show how we distill tea tree branches to extract the precious oils. We will explain about the health benefits of tea tree oil and how to use it.

 

 

 

SHEEP FEEDING

 

3 PM (departs promptly)

Free

*Meet at the Distillery by the Music Stage

Help us feed our flock of sheep with olive branches. The farmer will explain how we care for our sheep and general information about our organic farm. Participants should wear comfortable shoes and be able to walk 10 minutes on uneven ground to the sheep pen.
