Foraged Salad

wild greens, cat tail root, purslane, wild flowers & 123 Farm honey lavender vinaigrette

 

 

THIRD COURSE

Stinging Nettle & Ricotta Agnolotti

foraged chia, white sage, radish, purslane

 

 

FOURTH COURSE

Charbroiled Filet Mignon

5 oz. steak with foraged watercress, thistle root & yukon gold potato puree, wild mushroom confit, demi-glace
