Join us for a lesson on wine pairing (with cheese or chocolate) and an olive oil tasting in our historic olive groves. Class sizes are limited. Please purchase ticket to ensure space.

Olive Oil Tasting

3 pm  |  Saturday & Sunday

$12 per person

In this educational tasting, guests will experience the nuance of the different varietals of olive oil and taste the difference between commercially made and artisanal extra virgin olive oil. Each participant will be given our organic ice cream drizzled with artisanal olive oil. Please arrive on time. The tasting will take place outdoors in the olive groves located behind the main music stage. Space is limited to 20 participants per tasting. Class lasts about 30 minutes. Pre-registration is highly encouraged to ensure spot.

Wine & Chocolate Pairing

WORKSHOPS

Workshops have a cost and take place in the Blacksmith, next to the Food Court. Some workshops have limited spacing so please come before the scheduled time. We encourage to purchase your spot online to ensure a guaranteed seat. We will automatically add your name to our workshop list. You will not receive a physical ticket. You are asked to print your online confirmation or have it ready on your phone to show the attendant on the day of your scheduled workshop.

Harvesting & Infusing Olive Oils

2:00-2:45 pm  |  Saturday & Sunday

12:00 -12:45 pm  |  Friday

$15 per person

Learn to infuse your own COOC certified olive oil. Each participant will take home two 2oz olive oil bottles infused with hand-picked herbs from 123 Farm. Space limited to 16 participants per workshop. Class lasts about 45 minutes.

Lip Balm Making

12:00-12:30 pm | Saturday & Sunday

$10 per person

Take home your own hand crafted lip balm using organic ingredients grown on 123 Farm.  Each participant will make their own lip balms to take home. Space limited to 16 participants per workshop. Class lasts about 30 minutes.

Olive Wreath Making

12 pm & 3 pm | Saturday & Sunday

$25 per person

Hand craft your own olive wreath using fresh picked olive branches from 123 Farm. The workshop will take place at the olive grove behind the main stage building. Space is limited to 10 participants per tasting. Class lasts about 45 minutes to 1 hour. Pre-registration is highly encouraged to ensure a spot.

Refund Policy: Cancellations that are requested up to 48 hours before the date of your scheduled class will be accepted. Anything less than 48 hours will not be refunded and cannot be transferred. We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause.

LECTURES

Lectures are free and take place in front of the Historic Galleries underneath the olive trees. We encourage you to arrive on time to guarantee a spot, since there is limited seating.
