Olive Oil Tasting

This tasting will explain how the olives are grown, harvested and processed at 123 Farm. You will experience the nuances of the different varietals of olive oil and see how artisanal olive oil is different from the types at the supermarket. Please arrive on time. Workshops are free and take place in the Big House. Some workshops have limited spacing so please come before the scheduled time. Participants are asked to bring a water bottle, hat and comfortable shoes for workshops that take place outdoors.
