This special event will feature Graciano, the sheep shearer, who will demonstrate how the sheep are freed from their winter woolies at 123 Farm. Participants will also be able to see what happens to the fleece once it leaves the sheep (washing, carding, dyeing, and spinning) and to meet the sixty lambs that have been born recently.

Help our farmer feed our herd of sheep.
Group departs at 11:30 am, 12:30 pm and 1:30 pm. Please arrive on time as it may be difficult to accommodate latecomers. Please wear comfortable shoes as the sheep pen is about a 5-7 minute walk.

Our pastry chef prepares house-made scones, pastries and tea sweets daily, with some ingredients sourced from our farm. Afternoon Tea is available at the Organic Galleries Cafe 11 am - 3 pm. Limited seating.

SHEEP CHEESE & WINE
Visit Market Provisions inside the Organic Galleries to purchase a charcuterie plate featuring lamb salami and a variety of sheep cheeses. Pick up a glass of wine or a craft beer to complement this curated selection of meat, cheeses and savory garnishes.
Activities include: Finger knitting, arts & crafts, string the tail on the sheep game and a scavenger hunt.
Learn the process of wool processing, beginning with wool washing.
Try your hand in weaving wool roving that has been carded.
Learn the basics of knitting.
Make your own felted lamb using wool from our sheep.
Make your own dream catcher using yarn. Limited spots available.
See how we distill our organic rosemary to get essential oils.
Learn how to make fiber art using wool. Stop by the 'Castle of Costa Mesa' booth.

The Organic Galleries are a parade of twelve rustic boutiques showcasing products from our organic farm. The galleries are housed in historic cottages, located on the ranch, across from the lobby. Come sample our lavender honey and learn how 123 Farm participates in bee guardianship, or learn how our organic wool is processed. The Cafe and Sweet Barn will be offering sheep-inspired treats.

Naturally scented , eco-friendly candles and organic soaps, including candles and soaps made with our own lavender oil.

Organic yarn from our own flock, some naturally-dyed wool, and hand-knitted goods also available.
Olive oil from our own century-old groves. Taste the rich, buttery goodness of our most recent pressing. Flavored oils also available.
Some of the classes listed above will be taking place at the Workshop.
Open seasonally. Taste the variety of old-fashioned lemonades made in part with organic lemons that grow on our farm.
Temporarily opened during festival dates. The cafe serves lavender drinks, coffee and botanical sodas.
Various organic teas blended with our lavender. Sample our maesil tea (Japanese plum) while visiting this shop.
Currently open during festivals, taste our delicious homemade ice cream using ingredients from our farm.
