Our all-inclusive package price for dates open in 2017:

Under 100: subtract $20 per guest down to your desired count. (Friday & Sunday)

Above 200: add $50 per guest.

The following is a list of what's included in your package price.

Ceremony

Reception

- Set up of chairs in semi-circle or straight rows

  (choice of white or chiavari*)

  *up to 230 chiavari chairs available

- Set up of communion table, gift table, or guest

   book table (it will be the wedding party’s

   responsibility to decorate and personalize these

   areas even if using Highland Springs Ranch &

   Inn’s props)

- Drinking water with lemon slices or cucumber

  slices

- Disc Jockey

- Rustic tree stumps (logs) in the aisle and burlap

   aisle runner

- Golf cart shuttles for elderly guests from parking

  lot to ceremony site

- Parking attendants

- Wedding signs including “bride and groom’s

  wedding” entrance sign,

  parking, ceremony and receptions signs as

  required

- Bride and groom’s dressing-room suites from 10

  am to 10:30 pm

- One-hour rehearsal at a rehearsal site designated

   by the venue

  (Determined one week prior to the wedding

   date.)

 

- Set up of  table arrangements with round or

  rectangular tables with table cloths or farm

  tables (there are a limit of 10 farm tables)

- Set up of chairs (choice of white or chiavari*)

  *up to 230 chiavari chairs available

- Table setting includes: plate chargers (silver,

   gold or brown rattan), flatware, water goblets,

   champagne flutes and white napkins

- Coffee station with iced tea and hot tea

- Patio heaters if needed (up to 8 available)

- Sweetheart table or head table with a choice of a

  4 ft round table, a 6 ft long table, or a table from

  our props collection

- Cake/desserts table

- Disc Jockey

- Dance floor (18 ft x 18 ft) - size may vary

  depending on reception site and layout

- Catering for number of guests attending (please

  see the menu in packet)

- Cake or cupcakes for number of guests attending

- Champagne toast for number of guests

   attending (sparkling cider option available)

 

Additional Services

Cocktail Hour

- Set up of highboy tables (up to 8) with choice of

  linens

- Set up of lawn games (corn hole, giant chess,

  and giant Jenga)

- 3 appetizers for number of guests attending: see

  hors d’ouevres on ‘Menu’ page in packet

- Beverage station with iced tea or lemonade and

  water

- golf cart available for a maximum of one hour

  for photo shoot, driver not included

- Vintage couch seating area

- Set up of escort table, gift table, guest book table

  (the guest sign-in book, the envelope box and

  gifts will be the wedding party’s responsibility)*

- Easel for seating chart or table for escort cards

  (assigned seating is required)*

  *it is the wedding party’s responsibility to set-up

   and decorate these areas

- Two scheduled 2-hour meetings with a venue

   manager to review additional details

- Choice from a variety of props provided by

  Highland Springs Ranch & Inn

  Please note: the number of props available may

  be limited

- Option of an after-hours party in the Grand Oak

  Bar after 10 pm (for an additional charge)
