If you have more flexibility with the date of your wedding or would like to have an amazing wedding on a budget, the Facility Only Pricing may be the ideal solution to fit your needs. Call us to book your tour today and have the wedding of your dreams.

FACILITY ONLY PRICING

Only valid on weddings during off peak times and the first week in June (see Off-Peak Time below for more details)*

RECEPTION   $5,000

CEREMONY + RECEPTION  $6,000

Prices are good for up to 150 guests.

OFF-PEAK TIME

This package is available during the following off peak wedding times:

 

MONDAY TO THURSDAY

WHAT'S INCLUDED?

CEREMONY

($2000, good for up to 150 guests)

• use of any one of our indoor or outdoor venues (indoor space

   may be available at no additional charge in case of inclement weather)

• white folding wedding chairs (up to 150 chairs)

• pergola

• use of up to three vintage furniture pieces

• wooden stumps for decoration and/or aisles

• water station with disposable cups

• one 1-hour meeting with venue manager

 

RECEPTION

($5000, good for up to 150 guests)

• use of any one of our indoor or outdoor venues (indoor space

   may be available at no additional charge in case of inclement weather)

• round or rectangle tables

• white folding wedding chairs (up to 150 chairs)

• white linen napkins

• beverage station (water, coffee, iced tea) with disposable cups

• one 1-hour meeting with venue manager

 

CEREMONY + RECEPTION

($6000, good for up to 150 guests)

• all of the above (total two 1-hour meetings with venue manager)

 

WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED?

The following items are not included, but items marked (*) can be provided

for an additional charge:

• food (outside food vendors allowed)

• alcohol (no outside alcohol permitted)*

• plates, glassware and flatware*

• servers/wait staff*

• table cloths

• DJ and sound equipment*

• flowers

• bridal & grooms change room*

• hotel rooms for guests*

• rehearsal dinner*

• wedding co-ordinator

• parking attendants*

• props or decorations

• heaters*

• due to the pricing, discounts and promotions may not be applied to the

   Facility Only package

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

The following items may be available for an additional charge:

• Bar set-up with bartender - $250 (for alcohol packages please download

   the current wedding package here and refer to pages 8-9)

• Wooden dance floor - $500

• Farm table - $100 per table

• Tableware & Event Staff* (includes plates, water goblets, champagne

    flutes, dinner fork & dinner knife):

○       0-50 guests  -  $400 (includes 4 event staff)

○   51-100 guests  -  $600 (includes 6 event staff)

○ 101-150 guests  -  $750 (includes 6 event staff)

○ over 150 guests  -  please inquire by calling 951-845-1151

*The event staff will pour water and champagne and set up table

  settings, clear finished plates and glasses, but does not serve

  plated dinners.

• Chargers - $3 each

• Chiavari chairs with cushion - $5 per chair

• DJ - $1000 (up to 5 hours)

• Parking staff - $75 (includes 3 parking staff for one hour, no valet)

• Signature beverages using lavender from our own organic farm

   (lavender lemonade or lavender iced tea) - $70 for 3 gallons

• Bridal Suite - $350 (suite is available from 10 am up until 30 minutes after

   the end of the outdoor reception or 10:30 pm, whichever comes first)

• Grooms Room - Free (with rental of Bridal Suite)

• Cocktail Hour Set-up: $500 (includes 4 high boy tables with white linens,

    3 prop items, and lawn games (giant jenga, giant chess & corn hole)

• Hotel rooms on the ranch - price varies, please click here to view rooms

• Rehearsal Dinner - please click here to view menu.

• Outdoor patio heaters - $50 each
