What are the rules to observe while attending the event?

Protective face masks are required for your protection and that of others. It is also mandated by California law. Guests without face coverings may be turned away with no refund provided.


Stay 6 feet from employees and visitors not in your household.


Golf carts will not be allowed on any walking paths. Please keep in mind that we are a working farm, which means that the terrain will vary from gravel to dirt paths so the use of certain walking aids may be difficult.


No picnicking.


No outside alcohol or beverages.


No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.


No natural features may be removed from our property, including rocks, pine cones, wood, flowers, etc.


Is there an admission fee?

Admission is free with paid parking. For walk-in guests, the admission price is $5 per person.


Is parking free?

Parking is $10 per vehicle. Blue and VIP members is free. Street parking is not permitted.



Is the property handicap accessible?

The event is held outdoors on a grassy area with gravel or wood chip pathways and the fields are part of our working farm. As such there are some areas that will be inaccessible to guests in wheelchairs and walkers.


Can I bring my pet?

We value all our guests with disabilities and we welcome service animals on our farm. Due to our property being certified organic and our philosophy to adhere and honor those rules, no pets other than ADA trained and harnessed service animals are allowed on the grounds. Are public restrooms available?

Yes. We will have public restrooms available.


Will there be outdoor tables and seating?

There will be no outdoor dining.


Can I rent a hotel room?

No. Our hotel is closed due to Covid-19.


Will the gift shop be open?

We will have a display of our products outdoors at the Holiday Marketplace along with order forms. Simply turn in your order form to the cashier at the Holiday Marketplace. There will be clear and visible signs pointing you to the person that can ring you up. The gift shop located in the main lobby is not open.


I have a membership. What discounts can I get?

Members will receive discounts from our gift shop and food purchases.


I would like to become a member. How do I do that?

We are not accepting new members at this time. We have decided to extend the current memberships until Dec 31, 2021. We will take new members in 2022.


Will you have any live music?

No. Live music is not permitted in the County of Riverside due to Covid-19. We will be playing pre-recorded music.

We will be a cashless establishment during this time. We accept all forms of debit and credit cards.

Unfortunately, we do not have any vegan options.

Is the lavender still in bloom?

No. We’ve reached the end of the lavender season. As we are a working farm, we have harvested the lavender in the main field.


What is the photography and filming policy?

Visitors are allowed to take informal vacation-style snapshots and nature photos. All formal, posed photography and filming at Highland Springs Ranch & Inn require a location permit. A formal, posed session includes weddings, engagements, family portraits, graduation, proms, quinceaneras, as well as senior portraits or photos taken for portfolios, even if the photographer is not a professional. Costume changes and/or models are only allowed with a commercial contract. Please click here to purchase a location permit.
